Is My IP address blocked by the firewall?
If you cannot access your Cpanel-hosted websites, ftp, email or Cpanel, it may be that your IP address is being blocked by our firewall.
Log in to the client area at https://www.fast2host.com , and select Unblock IP Address from the menu.
You can then check whether your (or your clients) IP address is blocked, and unblock it.
