How to Request a Cancellation Through the Fast2host Client Area

If you no longer need your hosting service or product, you can easily request a cancellation through the Fast2host Client Area. This guide explains how to submit a cancellation request and what to expect.


1. Log in to the Client Area

Go to:

https://www.fast2host.com/clientarea.php

Log in using your registered email address and password.


2. Open Your Products & Services

  1. Once logged in, click My Products & Services from the dashboard or sidebar.
  2. You will see a list of all active, pending, and suspended services.

3. Choose the Service You Want to Cancel

  1. Find the product or hosting package you wish to cancel.
  2. Click the View Details button on the right-hand side.

This will take you to the product management page.


4. Submit a Cancellation Request

Scroll to the bottom of the Product Details page and click the Request Cancellation button.

You will be asked to provide:

  • Reason for cancellation (brief explanation)
  • Cancellation type:
    • Immediate – service is cancelled right away
    • End of Billing Period – service continues until the renewal date

Click Submit Request to finalise the cancellation.


5. Refund Information

If your account is eligible for a refund (e.g., unused time on hosting), the amount will be refunded back to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed according to our billing and cancellation policies.
