Why Do I Get an AJAX Failure Error in the Email Section of cPanel?

In a recent update, cPanel integrated AJAX scripting into the control panel interface. This is noticeable in menu animations such as sliding and expanding, but it can also cause browser compatibility issues.

You may see an error like:

AJAX Failure! I failed 3 times. Please refresh the page and try again.

This error typically appears only in the Email Accounts section of cPanel.

This issue is caused by Safari, not cPanel.

To resolve the problem, try the following:

• Clear your browser cache.
• Scroll to the bottom of the Email Accounts page in cPanel and click:
  "If you need an interface that uses less JavaScript click here."
• Try a different browser such as Firefox, Chrome, or Microsoft Edge.

Selecting the “less JavaScript” interface allows Safari users to manage email accounts without encountering AJAX errors.
