Why Do I Get an “AJAX Failure” Error in the Email Section of cPanel?

“If you need an interface that uses less JavaScript, click here.”
This loads a simplified version of the page without AJAX.
Using the reduced‑JavaScript interface allows you to manage your email accounts without triggering the AJAX error.

If the issue persists, try accessing cPanel using a different browser. The following browsers do not experience this AJAX failure:
