Is My IP Address Blocked by the Firewall?
If you are unable to access your cPanel-hosted website, FTP, email, or cPanel itself, your IP address may be blocked by the firewall.
To check and unblock your IP address, follow these steps:
- Log in to the client area at fast2host.com.
- Under My Account, select My Services.
- Choose your Linux hosting package.
- On the right-hand side, click the option Unblock IP Address.
You can then check whether your IP address (or your client's IP address) is blocked, and unblock it if necessary.
