Is My IP address blocked by the firewall?

If you cannot access your Cpanel-hosted websites, ftp, email or Cpanel, it may be that your IP address is being blocked by our firewall.

Log in to the client area at https://www.fast2host.com , and select My Services, select your hosting package, then Unblock IP Address from the menu on the right.

You can then check whether your (or your clients) IP address is blocked, and unblock it.
