Is My IP Address Blocked by the Firewall?
If you are unable to access your cPanel-hosted website, FTP, email, or cPanel itself, your IP address may have been temporarily blocked by our firewall for security reasons.
To check and unblock your IP address, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Fast2Host Client Area.
- Select My Services from the menu.
- Choose the hosting package affected.
- From the right-hand menu, click Unblock IP Address.
You can then verify whether your own or a client’s IP address is blocked and instantly unblock it through the client area. If the issue persists, please contact our Support Team for further assistance.
