How to Order a Domain Transfer to Fast2Host

To transfer your domain to Fast2Host, you must first prepare the domain at your current registrar. For .uk domains, ensure the IPS tag has been changed to ENOM. For other domains, make sure the domain is unlocked and you have obtained the EPP authorization code.

Steps to Order a Domain Transfer

1. Log in to your Fast2Host Client Area.
2. Click the Domain Availability Checker link on the left.
3. Enter your domain name in the lookup box and click Lookup. It will show as taken — ignore this and continue.
4. Click Order Domain Registration Only.
5. Select I want to transfer my domain to Fast2Host Ltd and confirm the domain name.
6. Click Continue and select the correct domain.
7. Enter the EPP code (if required).
8. Select the free DNS Management option, check nameservers, choose payment method, and click Continue.
9. Select I am an existing customer and log in with your account details.
10. Click Continue to generate your invoice for payment.

Important Notes for .uk Domains

When transferring a .uk domain, please ensure that you enter the registrant details correctly, as they are not easily changed. Transferring a .uk domain name between registrars does not transfer ownership of the domain — it only transfers management to the new registrar. Ownership transfers can only be carried out directly with Nominet.

Once your order is placed and payment is made, you will be notified via email when the transfer is complete. Transfers can take several days depending on the domain type and registrar response times.
