How to Disable Domain Auto Renew

By default, domains may be set to automatically renew to prevent accidental expiry. If you prefer to manage renewals manually, you can disable auto renew from your Fast2Host Client Area.

Steps to Disable Auto Renew

1. Log in to your Client Area.
2. Select My Domains from the menu.
3. Click the More Options button for the domain you wish to manage.
4. Click the Disable Auto Renew button.

Check Renewal Invoices

After disabling auto renew, check your invoices to see if a renewal invoice has already been generated. If one exists, please contact our support team to have it cancelled.

Disabling auto renew gives you full control over when your domains are renewed, but remember to renew manually before expiry to avoid downtime or loss of your domain.
