Cannot connect using Actinic.
Actinic problem is often linked to Norton

This issue is due to the latest patch from Norton released on 20th June '05
which has resulted in Norton identifying Actinic's upload ftp process as an
intrusion. Right now, we do not have any permanent solution, however you can
make some changes within Norton by going to ' |Intrusion Detection |
Configure | Advanced | ' then find the item "FTP Pathname Glob Buffer
Overflow" and uncheck the item. Then try to update the website, else you can
try shutting down the 'Norton' while doing the upload. For more information,
