How to Disable Domain Auto Renew
Domain auto renew can be disabled at any time through your client area. Disabling auto renew prevents your domain from being renewed automatically at the end of its registration period.
Steps to disable auto renew
- Log in to your client area.
- From the main menu, select My Domains.
- Locate the domain you want to manage.
- Click More Options for that domain.
- Click Disable Auto Renew.
Important:
If an invoice has already been generated for the domain renewal, disabling auto renew will not automatically cancel the invoice.

Existing renewal invoices
If a renewal invoice already exists in your account, please contact support so we can cancel the invoice for you if the domain has not yet been renewed.
