All Fast2Host hosting plans come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If Fast2Host fails to meet the terms outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA), Terms of Service (TOS), or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), you are eligible for a full refund, excluding labour charges, bandwidth overages and payment processing fees.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of account activation. Refunds cannot be issued for reasons unrelated to service performance such as:

• Personal or business financial issues
• Change of mind or dissatisfaction unrelated to SLA or TOS compliance
• Failure to review the SLA, TOS, AUP or IP Address Policy before purchasing

Items Not Covered by the 30 Day Refund Guarantee

• Domain registrations or renewals
• SSL certificates
• Bespoke work, consultancy or additional billable services
• Any third-party or non-hosting related services

After the 30 day period has elapsed, no refunds can be issued. Additionally, accounts that are cancelled or terminated due to violations of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds at any time.
