I've been using Fast2Host for several years now, and have a number of domains hosted with them. Not only are the packages themselves great, fully featured and very competitively priced, but the support is simply OUTSTANDING. Whenever I've had a query, there's been someone KNOWLEDGEABLE online and AUTHORISED to act on my behalf. Too many hosting companies have support lines staffed by people with minimal technical know-how, OR not empowered to actually DO anything.
The guys at F2H go out of their way to meet my needs, even though I'm not exactly a big spender with them. I'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Fast2Host for web hosting services.

I have been using Fast2host for several months now and added more domains to be hosted. I made the choice because of a best-of-year review in PC PRO. I was surprised by the high features to cost ratio, but wondered if the support might be poor. So far I have found the support first class, prompt, helpful and to the point. If it stays like this Fast2host will be my provider for life. I have already got another person to start using Fast2host who has told me that he likes what he is getting, and one organization that I help I have moved to Fast2host simplifying what had been a messy set up.

We started using Fast2Host a couple of years ago after a similar named company constantly dropped the ball of both level of service and capability of service provision.
Our relationship with Fast2Host has been very good, and since the new data centre it has been even better.
The most important thing about Fast2Host that separates them from all other companies we have dealt with is the support provided. Not only do you get a human uk based person at the end of the phone but they know loads, they can usually resolve or answer questions straight away and are honest when the do not know and need to find out more. They do not simply read of screens, they know their systems and they know how to speak to people.
Highly recommended - As I have more than 20 times.

I emailed fast2host this morning about upgrading my storage to 10GB instead of 5GB, they replied me within 5 minutes telling me it's been upgraded and it was a freebie
By comparison, I wanted to cancel my hosting with dinahosting.com because of limitations and bad service, they told me they don't refund unused months of hosting. Therefore stealing my money.
