- Wait 24 Hours: Ensure at least 24 hours have passed since you activated your account or registered your domain name. DNS propagation and account setup can take time.
- Check Domain Spelling: Verify that you are typing your domain name correctly. Even small typos will prevent your site from loading.
- Use Correct Domain Format: When adding your domain to the control panel, enter
yourdomain.com— do not includewww.at the beginning. - Re-add in Control Panel: If issues persist, try deleting the domain/account from Helm and adding it again. This refreshes the configuration.
If you have completed these checks and the issue remains unresolved, please proceed to submit a support ticket through your Fast2Host Client Area.
