30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All Fast2Host hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Fast2Host fails to meet the terms of our Service Level Agreement (SLA), Terms of Service (TOS), or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), you are entitled to a full refund—excluding labour charges, bandwidth overages, and payment processing fees.

Cancellation requests must be received within 30 days of account activation. Refunds will not be issued for circumstances such as personal or company financial issues, dissatisfaction outside the scope of our policies, or failure to review the SLA, TOS, AUP, or IP Address Policy prior to purchase.

The following items are not included in the money-back guarantee:

• Domain registrations or renewals
• SSL certificates
• Any additional billable or bespoke services performed on your servers

After the 30-day period, no refunds are available. Accounts that are cancelled or terminated by Fast2Host for violating the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service do not qualify for this guarantee.
