How to Add Trusted Senders in SmarterMail
SmarterMail includes built-in spam filtering that helps protect your mailbox. You can ensure trusted email addresses or entire domains are never marked as spam by adding them to your Trusted Senders list.
Log in to SmarterMail webmail
Open your browser and log in to webmail at:
https://mail.plesk-secure.com/
Add trusted senders
- After logging in, click Settings.
- In the left-hand menu, expand Mail.
- Click Spam Filtering.
- Select the Trusted Senders tab.
- Add email addresses or domain names, one entry per line.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Tip: To trust all email from a domain, enter it in this format:
@example.comNote: Messages from trusted senders bypass spam filtering but are still scanned for viruses and malware.
