As you may be aware, due to new credit/debit card payment regulations we have had to update our system to allow 3D secure card authentication payments. As such all initial card payments now need to pass through 3D secure before recurring billing can take place. You only need to go through 3D secure once, all subsequent payments can be taken without user intervention.
To do this you will need to log in to your client portal on our website and pay an open invoice manually, adding card details to the client portal will not work (but should for any replacement cards from the same bank).
You will need to do this before your next invoice is due or recurring billing will be unsuccessful which could result in service suspension.
