UPDATE FROM VIRGIN MEDIA:
Dear customer/s In relation to the issue identified in the East Midlands and East of England regions regarding loss of service. We are still working hard to resolve these issues as a priority. We have had our core network and Business Operations technical teams investigating since the start of the outage trying to diagnose the issue.
