Fast2host reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Fast2host when Fast2host decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.
Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads and personal ads.
Customers may however resell through our Reseller packages.
Fast2host reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone.
Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.
Adult Material - We do allow legal adult content. However, the designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Fast2host. Please contact us if in any doubt.
Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
High bandwidth usage: Fast2host offers an unlimited use policy by maintaining very large ratios of bandwidth per customer. In rare cases, Fast2host may find a customer to be using server resources to such an extent that he or she may jeopardize server performance and resources for other customers. In such instances, Fast2host reserves the right to impose the High Resource User Policy for the consideration of all customers.
Resources are defined as bandwidth, processor or disk space utilization.

When a website is found to be monopolising the resources available Fast2host reserves the right to suspend that site immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers. Customers may be offered an option whereby Fast2host continues hosting the website for an additional fee.
All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Although Fast2host reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time all pricing is guaranteed for the period of pre-payment. Payment is due each anniversary year or month following the date the account was established. Customers will automatically be charged again at the end of their pre-pay period unless closure notification has already been given.
In situations where the card number on file is declined Fast2host will immediately suspend the facility to purchase services on-line until the outstanding charge is processed successfully. In addition, Fast2host reserves the right to suspend other services until the outstanding debt is cleared. If payment is still outstanding after 60 days, Fast2host reserves the right to terminate services with no additional warning. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer sends a written cancellation request.
No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. All invoices will be sent directly to customers via email shortly after the online purchase has been made or can be printed from within the client area at any time. At this point the customer's card will be charged automatically.
Fast2host does not utilize paper or hard-copy invoices. However we can fax a copy if need be. All invoices can be viewed from our client billing area and can be downloaded as a PDF file.
In order to streamline our accounting procedures and keep costs down Fast2host runs a limited number of payment options.
Credit / Debit Cards:
Fast2host accepts most card types including Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Solo. We do not accept American Express.

All Dedicated Hosting/Co-Location Hosting plans include a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason Fast2host does not fulfill the contract (including SLA, TOS, AUP Policy), you will receive a full refund (minus additional labour fees, overages, and transaction fees). Cancellation must be requested within 30 days of account activation. Fast2host does not provide refunds based on company or personal finance problems or customer's failure to read the SLA, TOS, AUP, and IP Address Policies.
Not included are:
Any additional billable services carried out on servers.
No refunds are available after 30 days of account activation.
Accounts cancelled/terminated by Fast2host for violating our AIP or TOS do not qualify for the 30 day money-back guarantee.
Fast2host reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro-rata refund based upon the remaining period of service. If a customer contravenes Fast2host terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.
Customers may cancel their account at any time. During the initial 30-day trial period customers who wish to cancel will be entitled to a full refund for their hosting fees. Any incentives offered to customers when opening the account will also be cancelled. Customers may be given the option to purchase services which were offered as start-up incentives in the result of a cancellation.
Fees charged on a prepay basis are non-refundable. Once the initial trial period has expired customers are not entitled to receive a refund unless the service is cancelled by Fast2host. In addition some accounts incur set-up fees, these charges are also non-refundable.
Any request for cancellation must be processed by logging in to your client account, selecting "My Services", and then selecting the account you wish to cancel. At the bottom of the menu on the right you will see a "Request Cancellation" link. Use this to request either immediate cancellation, or cancellation at the end of the current billing period.
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Fast2host harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Fast2host, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fast2host against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Fast2host' server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Fast2host' server.
It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that they maintain regular backups of their website data and databases. However Fast2host do attempt to backup all data and will attempt to restore files if lost due to Fast2host's actions, although the client must accept that this may not always be possible.
Fast2host will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Fast2host makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Fast2host disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Fast2host and its employees. Fast2host reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
