Does my site come with a dedicated IP address?

No, our shared hosting accounts do not come with dedicated IPs. The IPs seen in Helm or cPanel are shared IPs. That means other sites use that IP as well. This means you cannot access your site ashttp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxxA FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) is required to use our hosting services.
