ICANN domain verification

As of January 1, 2014 the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) has mandated that all ICANN accredited registrars begin verifying the Registrant WHOIS contact information for all new domain registrations and existing domain Registrant contact modifications.

A verification email will have been sent to the Registrant contact email address. If this email is not responded to within 15 days, the domain will be suspended by the registry.

It is therefore vital that correct contact information is held for your domain name(s). Please check (and update if necessary) your contact information for each of your domain names via the client area, My Domains.

If your domain is suspended, you will see a page showing you how to verify the domain and unsuspend the domain.
