Centos5 setup for Xen

Install centos 5 with no extra packages.

Use LVM partitions.

/boot 500 MB
swap adjust according to RAM
lvm vg-all = all available free size
lvm lv-root = inside vg-all mount / with 50 GB Size.
Leave the empty space inside the vg-all for DomU creation.

Example:

/ - lvm 50 gb
/boot - 500 mb
lvm all of free space
/swap 16 gb

During install set selinux=disabled

When complete, install hypervm:

HyperVM will currently install the openVZ/Xen kernel, but will not switch the default kernel to it. You will have to manually edit the /etc/grub.conf, and change the 'default=1' to 'default=0', and reboot the machine.
